Music
Music purchased for this project is royalty free and paid for by the customer.
The fee is paid to Creation Adventure Family (CAF) who in turn purchase the
music and becomes the licensee to which the royalty free music company
grants the license to use the music. CAF is free to use the music in any future
production they may wish. The customer of CAF will not have to pay again for
use of this music and any commercials made with this music will be charged
the 59.99 fee.
We are still conducting research into the use of music that has royalties that
require payment through ASCAP or BMI and the legalities that pertain therewith.
Use
Custom Commercial Producers (CCP) reserves the right to order a withdrawal
of the use of a commercial produced by our company at any time should the
customer for whom the commercial was produced enter into any practice,
product or service that stands in antithesis to the values or standards of CCP
or its parent site creationadventurefamily.com
